Question by billy: Why is it that real estate agents on the show “Flip that House” use another agent to sell the house?
I love this program but am curious why a real estate agent who is buying and fixing up a home to sell would hire another agent to sell the house. Why not save himself the commission? If he had a n agent and a broker’s license couldn’t he do the whole thing himself?

The people on Flip that House aren’t usually real estate agents. They are investors or flippers. They don’t know how much to list the house for or the market in that area. They hire a real estate agent to advise them on selling price, advertising the house with the Multiple Listing Service and showing the house.This helps them to sell it faster.

I have looked up the series but cannot find the information .

Watch to the very end when the credits roll, and look for the company name. You might want to record it so you can look over and over again and catch it.
