We moved from a small town in WV where more people are moving from than to. We are on our 3rd realtor (she is the best so far) and we currently have a renter who is about to move out. The home has been on the market for over 3 years and it is listed for sale at 18,000 less than the recent appraisal and for 20,000 than it was purchased for in 2001. Are there any companies who buy homes someone can recommend? Or any advice anyone can give? We are not behind in payments yet but will be soon unless we can sell it.
