Ohio Foreclosure Sales on the Rise
It is bad news once again for struggling Ohio homeowners, banks and real estate agents. The May foreclosure rates released by Realty Trac show the number of homes being sold for pennies on the dollar once again increased. The only good news in the report shows a slight decrease in foreclosures for May as compared to May 2010. Lenders filed 8,378 default and auction notices last month.

Portland, Oregon Home Prices Fell Again in May
