I am thinking of selling my 3 bedroom home that I own clear and free and building a 800 to 1000 sq ft free standing tiny home. and powering it with solar and wind power. I don’t need much more space (along with a shed that might be bigger than house)

Does anyone live in one of these or know about them so they can give me info
It would be more to drive down my living expenses than being green, but like the green results of doing this.

Would be able to do away with utility bills, would take less energy to heat/cool and would serve its purpose.

also thinking of setting up rain collection unit to do most non drinking/cooking applications. for gardening and washing stuff not involved in cooking supplying toilet water and such

good luck. it’s not a GREEN thing, it’s called minimalist. I’ll bet a 3000 square foot home built right would be greener if you wanted it too. Just throw everything out and use nothing, eat nothing, dispose of nothing, bread and water rules.

Me and my mom have been fighting for 3 years now. All she knows how to do is scream at me, calling me a little ******, a little manipulative bastard, and a horrible nasty child. She even told me to go buy heroin so that I overdose and die. (and will stop ruining her life, as I will be dead) I am 12, and will be 13 in a week. All she can say is that she hates me. She claims that she hates me because I “sit around the house and do nothing” and that I “dont exercise enough” and that I “dont do what she asks”. I cannot take this crap anymore. And at this point I really want to kill myself. I have seen a phychologist about this, and at first, when I played him recordings of her yelling at me, he was suprised and tried to fix it. But then she started manipulating him, and my dad tried to cover it all up. The police have been here 5 times. Twice for noise complaints, (we live in a very large house, and are on a lot of property. houses are very far apart) thats how loud she yells. the other 3 times where for bull crap things that my mom called 911 for. For example, last week I picked up a leaf, and put it over a lit tiki torch. It wouldnt even burn because it was green. By the way, she lit the tiki torch. And she called 911 and told them “my son just lit a leaf on fire and is going to burn down the house” “come quick” so the police got here, and told her that she is nuts and that the line is for emergency’s only. Of course, my dad tried to cover it all up. There has not been a day in 3 years where me and my mother have had a nice time together, or even a good conversation. She freaks out if I get a C, or a B, and calls 911 If I get a C-. I somtimes go days without sleeping. I cannot do this anymore. Im sorry, but I think that what I do in MY life is none of her business, and that it is not fair to do these things to me. What should I do?

I think your mom just worries too much. Try to settle her down and don’t do anything to upset her. If she goes crazy like that with your marks, sit her down adn tell her your doing fine. She’s just stressed out.

I just know found out that my sister in law let the cat out of the bag.
She has bought 3 million dollars worth of real estate on a single income. Her husband is a lawyer but you cant tell me hes bringing in tons of money. He hasn’t worked in a year and she made him quit his lawyer job and she is a stay at home mom.
She hasnt made a house payment of almost 2 years and I was told through family she has taken a letter head from Washington Mutual and put in some story and acted she was the company and took it to 3 of the credit beuros to take off late payment digs. So she fraudulently took a letter from WaMu and did what they called “CUT & PASTE”
also I heard she did cut & paste and filed for forbearence. Which is if you qualify for financial hardship. I beleive she made her husband quit his job just so she can stay home and not pay a house payment. But she did every frauduently !
She has also ordered nice things over the internet, chandilliers, Neiman Marcus watch for ,000, the Wii, Patio furniture, clothes, wall tv’s, and told her credit card she never got the items. She does this stuff allllllll the time. Even a nice hotel suite she will stay in and make a huge stink over the stupidest stuff and they will cut the bill in half. Its amazing how much she gets away with !
She also let one of the houses go for “quick sale” and she said it never went on her credit. she claims she knows someone at WaMu ! I think she did another “cut & paste” and did something frauduently with the credit companies so its not on her credit.

Is there anything I can do to get her what she deserves ? Ive been her sister in law for over 13 years and she has always thought she was better than me. She thinks driving a Mercedes and Range Rover and having 3 million worth of property is cool. Its all material and she’s a cold hearted Bi.ch who is very manipulative.
Any advice to put her where she belongs.
Ummm NO IM NOT JELOUS ! I have nice things. I have a nice car, a Jaguar thank you ! I have a beautiful house. I pay cash for everything I have. Except the 2 cars and house. They are financed.
No I wouldnt do what she’s doing in a heart beat. I beleive in morals and doing whats right. cheating, lying and steeling is not right. I wouldnt do what shes doing.

I want to buy a house. Its being sold directly from the owner. I have a pre-approval for the mortgage loan, now what do I do??

When asking questions, what do I need to know and what should I do first? I am in Canada. I would like any info possible as I am young and this will be my first home.

Please any info would be great, step-by-step process would be even better. Thanks.
