Infinite Banking for Real Estate Investors “So I’m often asked how to use the infinite banking system for real estate investors. Number one is you could just be the bank, or the entire real estate purchase. Or you could just be the down payment. I have several clients who use the infinite banking system as the down payment. But the important or critical aspect to this is they have to treat that money just as well–with and interest rate and so forth–just as if they had borrowed it from another bank. In other words they can’t short them, if they borrow 20, 50, or 100 thousand dollars from their infinite banking system they need to pay that back with interest just like they would if they had borrowed it from another financial institution. By doing this they are going to have greater tax advantages then they normally would if they didn’t go through their bank. A good phrase I use is, every investment gets better if it goes through your banking system first. One of the best things we can do with real estate investors is coach them about how to use the infinite banking concept in person, the reasons are simple. #1 Its’ a structure that needs to be done properly.
