Number one is you could just be the bank, or the entire real estate purchase. Or you could just be the down payment. I have several clients who use the infinite banking system as the down payment. But the important or critical aspect to this is they have to treat that money just as well–with and interest rate and so forth–just as if they had borrowed it from another bank.
