Answer by Pure Genius BE VERY CAREFUL! some of those companies are not good.. i have not worked presonally with that company but i have heard that some of those are scams you get your money but still responsible for left of mortgage not good! honestly I would search online for a realtor… when i go to google and type in “cityname real estate” for my area this site comes up..

As i looked through the site he appears to know his stuff especially the area, thats what you need is an agent that specializes in one main area.. my sugguestion would be to search online see what sites come up and start calling them and see what they say… you want to get most for your money.. good luck

Answer by acermill I can see that you’ve been watching too many late night infomercials. The flipping frenzy is OVER and DONE. There are no ‘hot deals’ from the lenders anymore. They’re having a tough time getting out of the property anything close to fair market value. If the lenders can’t get it, neither can you. Time for you to rethink ‘flipping’ in this market.
