Think of the filthiest house you have ever been in (if you’re thinking of your own, it doesn’t count- lol). Got it in mind? Now pretend that you are helping them and the owners of the home need to sell it but are physically and financially unable to do it themselves. All of the sudden someone contacts you wanting to look at “that house”- you put on your grubby housecleaning clothes and head over to get busy. What would you do first, 2nd, and 3rd to get it presentable?

Answer by KP Kitchens and bathrooms. Since they’re the places most easily contaminated (and hold the highest yuck value when dirty), prospective buyers would want those spotless.
Then dust and vacuum. You shouldn’t have things sticking to your feet as you walk around!

Closing is still 3 weeks away and there is a tenant there until settlement day. I really want to remove the “for sale” realtor sign, but can I legally do this, since I haven’t closed on the property yet?
