My cousin is 14 and I am 14 .We are both girls.! She came for christmas in 07.When she came for 2 weeks she acted like a total byotch.! I mean she kept being mean to me.!

Like one time I was trying to read a book and it was 8pm and we were sitting in my room and I had the light since I don’t have a lamp.She turned the light off and I would turn it back on and she would turn it back off.It got really annoying.!

Then like a week later we went shopping for christmas presents.She asked me what my family would like and every time I would point out something she would tell me to shut up.! When we went to go get my brother something (he was 7 at the time.) we went it to build a bear and she spent 20 dollars on him.When it was time for the check out,the lady asked would you like to sign up for stuff for stuff club,she said yes.When the lady asked her whats your address she said”I dont live here.” She lives in new york.She said like the b*tch she is.Instead of saying I live in new york,so the whole time while we were at the check she was mean to the lady.! Then when we got home she told my the check out lady was really mean to us and she had a additude with us.Which is huge lie.I wanted to tell my mom that wasen’t true but if I did my b*itch of cousin would have said that the lady was mean.

Before the same when we were still in the mall when it was time to buy me a christmas present.Keeping in mind she had one hundred dollars to spend.So she spent like 20 dollars on everyone else,she got me a subway sandwhich,and then made me pay for half of it.Which means she paid 2.25 for my christmas present.

Also she tried to make my brother jacob age 8,turn againts me saying lies about me saying how I hate him and dumb stuff like that.

She is so mean like one time we went to the park and we got in a huge fight so I said I am going home and that my cousin and my brother can go home together.They do know their way home.So on my way home I find my little brother coming down a huge hill,with out my cousin.I asked him wheres brittany,HE said “I don’t know” It turned out that she decied that she would go ahead and ride her bike super fast.My brother jacob was also on his bike.He said to brittany.”Wait up brittany,slow down you’re going to fast.” She turned and looked at him and then countined going faster. My brother was lost he had no idea how to get home,cause she made him go down a road that he didn’t know of.HE could of gotten hit by a car or maybe even kidnapped or really hurt.
so me and my brother are sitting at home then my cousin comes in.She said she went 2 streets down to ride her bike for like 20 mins.We had no idea and I really didnt care where she was.So my point is that she put my little baby brother in danger.!

Btw she is coming for 1 and 1/2 months.!

I really need help.?

I dont want her hanging out with my friends.
If I got shopping I dont want her to go.! Cause she is so annyoing.
I mean I bring lots of money with me when I go shopping,and she always ask for money.! I mean I dont mind giving my friend money cause they are acually nice.
all she every buys with the money is food.

I hate her so much.

So how should I avoid her.

Also I have to go back to school shopping,! I dont want her to come because if she does she will try to make my mom buy her something.! I also want to spend quality time with my mom.! Plus she will just hold us back and she will just say my clothes are ugly and just complain how we are taking to long.! I mean it will take like the whole day cause I need school supplies bars undies and clothes.!

She will just look at clothes and then make this depression face and then my mom will buy her something.She is my mom and not hers.I will hang out with her a couple of times a week but I acually have a life.if I have friends sleepover or have a boy come over I dont want her to hang out with us.She get super annoying.

Please Help me avoid her.

SHe has grown a lot since then and hopefully yoiu have too. Start looking at this in a positive light. My cousin and I went through the same thing every summer. We couldn’t stand each other. Then when we grew up she told me she was always jealous of me and that is why she was so mean to me. I reallly had not idea. She had me believing she hated me when all she really needed was more LOVE but I just didnt understand it at the time. You never know why people act the way they do. It is ALWAYS better to be sympathetic to them and be especially nice to them. That will usuallly do it every time. She will then start treating you different. They act like they want you to prove to them you can be their friend. That is OK too. If they want to believe they are in charge of the relationship that is fine. Two weeks is not really a lot of time out of your summer. Years from now you will laught at all these squabbles and wonder why you let then upset you so much. She is probablly dreading the trip more than you are. She is the one that is staying in a different house, with different people and will be subjected to different people and different surroundings. She will have is especially hard. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Just tell yourself “My cousin is coming and we are going to have a good time.”

How and where do you set up picture boards, gift box, signing stuff? Cake inside or outside? My husband seems to want everything outside, but I don’t think you would want a cake melting or to leave photos and memorabilia to the weather. Please let me know what you have seen done… I guess I haven’t been to many open houses. I’m imagining food in garage, beverages in tubs of ice outside on deck and in garage. Cake inside on dining table… at the middle point in our home next to kitchen and gift card box table with digital photo frame on one pub table, photo display on another table with dog and scroll to sign. Some of my family has concerns that I don’t want people all in the house, but they won’t be (I don’t think) because we’ll have two 10×10 canopies with tables and chairs on deck and in driveway in front of the garage. Thoughts and advice on this plan. I just wish I could go on a quick “Parade of Graduation Open Houses” LOL. Help and advise needed and appreciated.

Your ideas sound really good. If you can hook up the digital photo thing to a TV that would be great.
The cake needs a big area and the table sounds fine. If you have maybe a cart you can keep it off to the side and wheel it outside for serving.
If it’s a nice day and you sort of ‘direct’ the guests to the canopies and outside furniture they won’t want to hang around inside.
Also, people like to hang around the food. If it’s in the garage, or outside, they will want to hang out there.

512 mb RAM
a radeon video card

and it takes about 30 seconds to open a simple thing such as a folder, any folder, or even to open the internet browser…

i looked at the performance under windows task manager, and its not showing anything wrong.

I’m looking to buy a home in the next 30 days, but my credit isn’t that great (FICO scores 647,669,695).The reason being is that I have 5 credit cards that were charged-off in 2004 because I made the mistake of signing up with a debt mgmt. company to “help me get out of debt faster” after I grad. from college.They never told me that my accounts were going to be charged-off; they just told me that they would lower my interest rates if I made payments directly to them.Anyways, I PAID all the charge-offs at the end of ’06.In addition, I have a paid off car lease with no history of any late payments, same for 2 credit cards that I pay in full every month if I have a balance and have a current auto loan with no lates (4 monthly-my only debt).I’ve been employed with the same firm for 4 years, make a little over 00 gross income monthly, have ,000 down payment, looking for a home no more than 170K,and looking to roll my closing costs in mortgage with low fixed rate.What are my chances?

You should qualify FHA with 3% down. Seller can pay up to 6% of your closing costs if you put it in the contract. They look at last 2 years credit only. Your income is fine, credit scores are fine. The conventional loans are tighter & you need more down but FHA you would fly right through & get a low fixed rate mortgage. You can go to www.fha.com & there is a place to “find a lender” key in your zip code & it will give you a HUD approved (fha) lender near you. Good luck! Sounds like you have done everything right.

They have created a template to help other schools to also get off the grid and reduce their carbon footprint- the panels will eventually generate more electricity than the school needs and sell it back to the grid- and profits will go to support other schools to get with solar!
