What does the average real estate investor say when they go to the house of a person in foreclosure? I’m a bit nervous. I want to make a ton of money investing in real estate but I don’t want to look like a “Phony real estate investor”

Instead of bothering people who are losing their homes, wait for the bank to get it and buy it way cheaper. That is the way to make tons of money.

Home sales, foreclosures both up
Home sales in Lenawee County are going up, but so are foreclosures. There were 448 new warranty deeds registered in the first four months of this year, a 53 percent increase from the same period in 2009, reported Lenawee County Register of Deeds Vicki Daniels. Covenant deeds, often used when banks sell foreclosed property, were up 25 percent to 158 so far this year.
