Question by Doulachar: anyone use “sell your house fast” to sell their home? It is a company that will buy homes.?
Our home has been on the market for almost 6 months with only 1 showing…I know the market is very slow but we are ready to move…any help would be appreciated!

Since now is such a great time to buy, my wife and I want to upgrade to a single family home but since the market is so poor for sellers, we know our house may be on the market for awhile. We are in no danger of foreclosing or anything but we just want to get a bigger house.
Is there such a company that would buy a townhome that maybe rents them or something.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Oh, I did try those companies that will “buy your house fast”, but they really low balled me so that isn’t the way to go.
(Its a great looking house, near a river and next to a golf course outside of Washington D.C. by the way.)

Any investor will low ball you on this, that is how they make their money. They typically pay about half of real market value.
You would be better off offering it for sale through a Realtor. Ask the Realtor where to price it to sell, any home will sell if the price is right.

The “quick sale” is generally used to pass real estate between family where there is NO contest as to what the contractual responsibilities would be between the parties.

I’ve read books, asked different people, but they all just do it to clean out their home or office as a way to get rid of junk. I am a crafter, and have been selling fabric and other craft items, with a good thought process, but after listing things for a couple of months and putting the effort into this, I’ve sold about 0 but that’s about it. I seem to be spending way more time and money than other people are and they make lots and lots of money. The people who contact me and my feedback comments speak for themselves that I know how to do it, I’m just not finding the right selling “nitch” I need to have continuous sales.
Any suggestions on finding the right products, where to find them, and any tips to turn my little at home business around with a profit??? I would appreciate EVERYONE’S help. Thanks.

I do not invest in the stock market. I like to invest my money in something that I can see and touch like real estate. Please respond if you are ready to sell today for Fast Cash. I really like note receivables, I will buy them internationally. But will buy most any type of real estate in Texas if the price is right.
