What would it of sold for in 2000? Find that out and than add no more than 40% to that number. That is what the house should go for.
I don’t agree. The price would go down a little more but not as drastic as you mentioned. In the end, you are buying a house in New Jersey.
I wouldn`t pay 339 000 for the house, if you can get it for 150 000 in 6 months
