If a home seller hires a short sale expert will this push the process through faster?

I am bidding on a short sale property. The seller hired a short sale company. Can I expect a more positive quick result?

It might, usually it has nothing to do with the realtor/broker. It just means he can handle the stress easier. The problem usually lies with the banks. They are the no fun ones. Now the short sales expert might be able to pursade the banks to give it up for that price. Might also have some good luck too. just rumor, but some banks are losing money so giving house way below, I mean way way below market value. hope this helps
