well im an investor that ran out of money but is stuck with alot of house and im looking for away to get rid of them all cuz i need the cash ASAP. i have more then 50 homes around the detroit area.

?????????If you have that much property you should be the one giving advice not asking for it.

Ask your self, “what did I look for to make a deal happen”. If you did it as many times as you claim than you should all ready have the answer.
