How can I sell my home fast in this economy?

I have a turnkey panoramic lake view home for sale. The price is way under what we have put into it, yet no bites. I assume it is because it is rural. How can I get the word out(without a realtor) that my home is worth a look? We need to sell fast because my husband is sick and can not live at the 4000 elevation.

Rent to own is one option or just renting it until you can sell it. Most banks won’t ok any mortgages until the buyer has 20% down. You may have to use a realtor, or hold an open house your self for several weeks. News paper ads, or the website: ForSalebyowner.com Good Luck!

Advertise your house…..sign in the front yard or on the rural road…..advertise in the grocery store, telephone poles, grocery stores

or Rent to own option!
