My home is currently on the Arizona MLS and last night I was contacted by “fast home offer.com” or fasthomeoffer.com
The gentleman stated that he wants to make an offer on our home and asked me questions like what is it listed for, do we have tenants currently in there, do the tenants pay their rent on time, is the home in good condition, who our mortgage loans are with (1st and 2nd) and our Realtor’s contact information. He said he was going to call our Realtor and make an offer. I don’t want to get my hopes up and I am wondering if this company is legit? Has anyone experienced this company making an offer on a home for a short sale and if so was their offer decent enough that the banks will accept it? Our FMV of our home is $100,000 right now and it’s been on the market for 70 days.

Google the name of the company followed by the words:
complaint, scam or rip-off
Remember that every company that has been around will have complaints – you are looking for scams.
If the company has no reviews this is also a red flag.
It could be a company that recently was involved in fraud and changed their name.
Like I said any company will have complaints.

AFAIK: the company exists but makes low-ball offers that are often (but not always) declined.
your lender stands to lose more than you on a short sale so it will have to evaluate the offer.

If your home is listed by a Realtor, then the person calling you in in violation of state laws. And I would advise your realtor of his call.
