Question by Doulachar: anyone use “sell your house fast” to sell their home? It is a company that will buy homes.?
Our home has been on the market for almost 6 months with only 1 showing…I know the market is very slow but we are ready to move…any help would be appreciated!

You can almost always sell you home fast if you are willing to price it low enough. That is all that company is going to do. They will buy it if you will sell it so low that anyone (including you) could have sold it within a week for a 10% higher price.
That is exactly what I am suggesting you do. Find out what you could sell it to them for then list with someone else for 10- 15% higher to cover your cost and give you a small profit.
